Refund Policy

The applicant shall be solely responsible for the accuracy of the data/information contained in their Resume and undertakes to indemnify against all costs and consequences arising out of any incorrect information provided by him to Jobss Found Business Solutions (a Division of Jobs Picks Internet Ltd.).

The service, once subscribed to by the applicant, is non-refundable and non-transferable, and all amount(s) paid shall stand appropriated. In case of payment by Credit Card, no chargeback shall be accepted by Jobs Picks Business Solutions (a Division of Jobs Picks Internet Ltd.). In case of payment by cheque, Jobss Found Business Solutions (a Division of Jobs Picks Internet Ltd.) reserves the right to provide the service only after realization of the cheque amount.

In the event of dishonour of the cheque, an additional service charge of Rs. 150 shall become immediately payable, and the applicant agrees to pay the same together with interest at the rate of 2% per month from the date the said payment fell due until the date of its realization, along with all costs related to its realization.
